By accessing or using TokenGuard AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of Service

TokenGuard AI is an AI-powered token risk assessment platform. The Service provides probabilistic risk analysis of cryptocurrency tokens based on publicly available blockchain data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

The risk scores, analyses, and information provided by TokenGuard AI do NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Risk scores are AI-generated probabilistic assessments and are not guarantees of any outcome. You should always conduct your own research (DYOR) and consult with qualified financial professionals before making any investment decisions.

3. No Guarantees

TokenGuard AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any risk assessment. A low risk score does not mean a token is without risk. A high risk score does not definitively confirm fraud. AI analysis can produce false positives and false negatives. Past deployer behavior does not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenGuard AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses incurred from trading decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own investment decisions. By using TokenGuard AI, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk and that you may lose some or all of your investment regardless of any risk score provided by the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel at any time. Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase will be honored. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing period.

7. API Usage

Alpha Hunter API access is subject to fair use policies. Excessive automated requests that degrade service quality may result in rate limiting or account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, risk models, and branding of TokenGuard AI are proprietary. You may share individual risk scorecards but may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially use the underlying analysis methodology.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
